This Zite Manager release introduces the “Site Beneficiaries” feature, enhanced customization options in Project Settings, new “Visible Info” fields for case reviews, along with various performance improvements and essential bug fixes on both web and mobile platforms.

Web Platform Enhancements

  • Password Reset: UI improved; prevents reuse of previous passwords.

  • Select One From File: Fixed multi-language display issues.

  • Site Report (QR): New metric added for deployed QR code URLs.

  • Submission Case History: Now accurately displays all workflow-triggered cases.

  • Contact Filter: Fixed filtering accuracy issues.

  • Cache in Bulk Upload: Resolved disappearing file name issue.

  • Project Map: Settings update correctly on map view.

  • Site List Filtering: Optimized API for faster site filtering.

  • Report Listings: Performance improvements for “My Report” and “All Reports.”

  • Component Updates: UI fixes and enhancements (modals, dropdowns, tooltips).

Mobile Platform Enhancements

  • File System: Improved large data handling and sync speed.

  • Mobile UI: Layout and visual enhancements.

  • Region Validation: Ensures site-region consistency.

  • User Logs: Captures detailed user/device info.

  • Email Invitations: Accept or decline directly within the app.

  • Site Information: Added default fields for creation/update timestamps and user.

  • App Navigation: Links open directly within the app.

  • Sync History: Simplified sync history display.

  • Filter Optimization: Clearer filters with visible selection counts.

  • Site Sync: Now fetches data based on selected projects.

  • Save Button Placement: Moved to bottom for improved usability.

  • Task Grouping: Improved task organization.

  • Input Field Labels: Standardized capitalization.

  • Discard Changes: Renamed from “Delete” to “Discard.”

  • Submission View: Enhanced pagination handling.

  • Location Button: Improved “Get My Location” button interface.

  • Notification Updates: Streamlined notification display for last 15 days.

  • Map View: Resolved view-switching issues.

  • Navigation: Enhanced back navigation for better user experience.

New Feature: Site Beneficiaries

The “Site Beneficiaries” feature enables users to manage beneficiary records directly from the site dashboard. Managers can customize beneficiary information fields and define their visibility and layout in the Beneficiary List View.

Default Beneficiary Information Fields

  • Beneficiary ID: Auto-generated 8-character alphanumeric code (customizable, max 64 characters).

  • First Name: Mandatory text field (max 64 characters).

  • Middle Name: Optional text field, can be turned off.

  • Last Name: Mandatory text field (max 64 characters).

  • Beneficiary Type: Customizable dropdown (max 100 characters), optional.

  • Phone Number: Optional numeric field with country code selector.

  • Status: Customizable labels (e.g., Active, Flagged, Inactive), optional, with automation for status transitions.

  • Status Valid Until: Optional date picker linked to status.

  • Email: Optional validated email text field.

  • Gender: Optional single-select dropdown.

  • Organization: Customizable optional dropdown (max 100 characters).

  • Position: Customizable optional dropdown (max 100 characters).

  • WhatsApp: Optional numeric field with country code selector.

  • Address: Optional text field (max 255 characters).

  • Notes: Optional unlimited text field.

  • Photo: Optional image upload (jpg, png, img, svg).

Custom Beneficiary Information Fields

Managers can define additional beneficiary fields tailored to project-specific needs. Available types include:

  • Text

  • Numerical

  • Date (picker)

  • Single Select Dropdown

  • Multi Select Dropdown

  • Phone Number

  • Attachment

  • Cascading Dropdowns (single-select ending with multi-select)

Beneficiary List View Customization

Managers can control which fields appear and their display order in the beneficiary list within the site dashboard. Permissions can be customized for creating/editing and viewing beneficiary records.

Beneficiary Creation

  • Manual Creation: Fields based on configuration in Beneficiary View Settings.

  • Creation from Existing Users: Prefilled fields from existing site users, with manual completion for missing fields.

Exporting Beneficiary Data

  • From Site Dashboard (Beneficiaries tab)

  • From Project Settings (Bulk Upload & Update section)

New Feature: Visible Info (Case Review Panel)

Managers can now add the “Visible Info” custom field to the case review panel, enabling precise data capture tailored to project needs.

  • Field Visibility Toggle: Simple on/off toggle for default/custom fields.

  • Review-Panel Status Toggle: Control visibility based on case status.

  • Single or Multi-Select Configuration: Choose between single or multiple selections.

  • Permissions: Only Project Managers can create, view, and edit “Visible Info” fields.
