This release of Zite Manager introduces advanced reporting metrics, enhanced visibility features, significant performance optimizations, and various important bug fixes to further enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Enhanced Single and Multiple Select Reporting

Zite's reporting system now includes enhanced response metrics for single-select and multi-select question types, providing flexible, detailed insights by default.

Permissions:

  • Report creation and editing available to Managers and Report Managers.

Created/Updated Date and Updated By

Projects, sites, and subsites now display clearly visible timestamps and user history fields for when they are created and updated

  • Created Date & Updated Date: Date is automatically logged upon creation or edit.

  • Updated By: Displays the user who last modified the entry; you can click through to view their profile.

These fields appear on project settings pages and within Project, Site, and Case reports for comprehensive audit trails.

Permissions:

  • Managerial roles: Full editing and creation rights.

  • Non-managerial roles: Creation/editing based on assigned permissions.

Other Fixes and Enhancements

  • Map Behavior: Fixed zooming issues for better centering.

  • Site Pictures: Resolved issues with images from Kobo submissions.

  • Task Count: Corrected inaccurate task counts.

  • User Reports: Task information now selectable during report creation/editing.

  • Workflow: Fixed issues with saving edits in follow-up workflows.

  • Image Fields: Resolved upload issues.

  • Stonly Integration: Added unique IDs to tabs for better walkthrough integration.

  • Case Information: Added selectable "Status" field with mandatory options.

  • Email Invitations: Fixed logic for existing user visibility.

  • Cache Clearing: Improved cache management between projects.

  • Mobile Case & Submission Buttons: Correct visibility based on permissions.

  • Kobo Language Defaults: Updated default language settings according to official Kobo documentation.

  • Recent Tab: Improved refresh behavior after role changes.
